Naturally we are ISO9001/2015 accredited – please see below to view our current certification.
Our Managing Director takes a leading role in Quality and ensures that all materials sourced and processes undertaken are carried out within strict guidelines to ensure conformity as a minimum to EN:ISO9001/2015 requirements.
In addition to ISO9001/2015 we also have many 3rd party approvals that enable us to undertake processing for all sectors of the market to include Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Aerospace, Nuclear, Defence and Automotive.
Prime materials stocked are sourced from Quality Approved Mills from around the world [largely UK and Western European] full documentation is maintained and materials can be supplied with Certification as required.
Our Engineers and Technicians are provided with in-depth documented training prior to undertaking any processing on customer supplied materials.
Our processes are Supervised, Monitored and Documented with full traceability maintained throughout the entire process route with size, weight and tolerance checks being carried out at intervals as required.
Material identification and full traceability is maintained throughout all of our process routes, from receipt of material right through to the finished supplied component, which is carefully packaged and clearly identified for despatch.
We offer multiple processes on customer material meaning that we can be carrying out a number of processes simultaneously giving us that all important competitive edge when delivery performance is essential.
Our Delivery performance is exceptional and unrivalled.
Our processes are subjected to a regular ongoing programme of Internal and External Audits to ensure we meet and exceed our objectives.
We welcome and encourage customer feed-back which, along with Internal Audit findings, is fed back into our Quality System to generate subject matter for our Programme of Continuous Improvement.
